These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), along with any applicable Policies and Guidelines incorporated by reference, govern your participation as an Affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) in the RecordsKeeper.AI Affiliate Program (“Program”).
By signing up for the RecordsKeeper.AI Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. RecordsKeeper.AI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or through FirstPromoter (Affiliate Tool). If you do not agree with any updates, you may choose to terminate your participation.
To participate in the RecordsKeeper.AI Affiliate Program, you must:
Upon acceptance, you will receive:
✔ A unique Affiliate ID and Affiliate Link for tracking referrals.
✔ Access to the Affiliate Dashboard in FirstPromoter.
✔ Cookies-based tracking, ensuring referral transactions are attributed correctly.
Affiliates are responsible for securing their login credentials. RecordsKeeper.AI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an Affiliate’s account.
✔ Affiliate commission is 20% of the referred Customer’s subscription for the first 12 months.
✔ Commission payments are made at the beginning of each calendar month via PayPal.
✔ No commissions are paid for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
✔ Affiliates must have a valid and active PayPal account to receive payments.
✔ Unclaimed commissions expire after 60 days from the date of the referred Customer’s payment.
RecordsKeeper.AI reserves the right to suspend payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Affiliates must ensure that their PayPal account is eligible to receive payments.
✔ Payments will only be reissued within 60 days if incorrect PayPal details are provided.
✔ If an Affiliate fails to claim their commission within 60 days, the commission is forfeited.
✔ Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on commission earnings.
✔ RecordsKeeper.AI is not responsible for third-party fees (e.g., PayPal transaction fees).
✔ 20% recurring commission for the first 12 months of the referred Customer’s subscription.
✔ If a Customer cancels their subscription, commissions will stop immediately.
✔ Affiliates are not eligible for commissions from companies they own or work for.
✔ RecordsKeeper.AI reserves the right to change commission rates with prior notice.
Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or inflate referrals will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Affiliates may not bid on RecordsKeeper.AI trademarks or related keywords in paid search campaigns.
✔ Permitted: Directing ads to an Affiliate’s own website or landing page.
✔ Not Permitted: Using RecordsKeeper.AI brand name in the domain, ad copy, or display URL.
✔ Trademark Violations: Immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
✔ Cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or similar deceptive activities are strictly prohibited.
✔ Affiliates engaging in fraudulent cookie practices will be permanently banned.
Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized discounts using terms like:
❌ “Sale” ❌ “Discount” ❌ “Coupon” ❌ “Promo Code”
Unauthorized promotion of discounts will result in suspension or termination from the Program.
✔ Affiliates do not receive any license or ownership of RecordsKeeper.AI trademarks or content.
✔ Affiliates may not copy, distribute, or modify any RecordsKeeper.AI branding without written permission.
✔ This Agreement begins when the Affiliate signs up and is approved for the Program.
✔ Either party may terminate the Agreement with 24-hour written notice.
✔ RecordsKeeper.AI reserves the right to immediately terminate any Affiliate for:
Affiliates must display a privacy policy on their website that clearly outlines how they collect, use, and store user data.
✔ The privacy policy must be compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
✔ Affiliates must not share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
